Made in the U.S.!

Does anyone else notice the not-so-subtle irony in this picture? It's from this site, which is also selling shirts. Like we are. Except our shirts are better, and all the money for our shirts goes to help Marc Emery. Yes, all of it.

Hi! I don't mind you dissing my FREE MARC t-shirt, but I want to mention a couple of things. First of all, you picked the least attractive shirt we have on our site. Second, I have already contributed more to Marc's fund than I have made on Marc Emery t-shirts (I only make a couple dollars profit on each one). Third, I am in the United States, and my website (www.scarebaby.com) gets hundreds of hits each day. Believe it or not, people in the US are not that excited about Marc Emery and I feel that I am doing a PR service for Mr. Emery's cause by raising the awareness level here below the border. Fourth, I also contribute to other liberal and progressive causes. It's not easy living in George Bush's America and I am doing my best to earn a living while supporting the causes I believe in. Thanks for listening!

Hey--no worries, scarebaby. It was mostly tongue-in-cheek--like one good capitalist (us, or me), light-heartedly ribbing the competition (you). I didn't mean to imply that your shirts are no good. They are great, and you should keep at it, especially since it raises awareness for Emery's cause.
